Our Services

  • In New Orleans, most nearlyweds employ a “month of” coordinator. Marriers handle most of the planning themselves, including selecting and booking vendors. The coordinators take over around the T-minus one month mark and are in charge of logistics from then on.

    We have helped nearlyweds in the earliest of planning stages and just weeks before the big day - we aim to meet your needs wherever you are.

    This service list is a guide, but we will always tailor to meet your specific needs.

    Pair of Violets Coordination includes:

    -2 Type A lesbos who married each other

    -Vendor, venue, and wedding professionals logistics

    -Oh sh*t kit with all emergency needs

    -Assist with wardrobe prep (steaming, button replacements, dress bustling, tie/bow-tie fixers, stain removers…)

    -Coordinate day-of couple gifts/letters to partner

    -Coordinate rain plan, including providing 2 clear umbrellas

    -Assist venue with room flips

    -Assist with nearlywed/wedding party flowers (boutonniere pinning, bouquet adjustments, drying off stems…)

    -Timeline creation, editing, printing, distribution, and adherence

    -Running rehearsal and coordinating wedding party procession

    -Prop logistics (second line umbrellas, reception props, favors, reception outfit changes, send-off props…)

    -Details and personal touches logistics including transportation to venue, set up, and return at end of night

    -Assist photographer(s) in coordinating photos with family members and wedding party

    -Coordinate logistics to move guests through wedding events

    -Day-of communication with wedding VIPs (i.e. persons of honor, parents of the marriers, toast givers…)

    -Distributing final payments/gratuities to your vendors as needed

    -Gathering newlyweds personal items, gifts/cards, food/cake, etc, and transporting to agreed-upon location

    -Act as your wedding day crisis managers and on-the-go problem solvers to allow you and your partner(s) the ease of a stress-less day!
